Your intake session is a structured, grounding 60-minute appointment where I get to understand the full picture of who you are, where you come from, and what you’ve been carrying.

We’ll explore:

  • Family dynamics, relationships, and important formative moments
  • Stressors, coping patterns, and how your nervous system responds
  • The emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of your story

This free call is the first step in starting therapy with Restorative Oasis. It’s a brief, intentional conversation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
