About Restorative Oasis

Come home to yourself.

Women praised for their strength, yet overlooked—or even punished—for their softness. Women who’ve held families together, led with grace, succeeded on paper—but felt internally unraveled. Women for whom silence was survival, and survival became a way of life.

The “oasis” in our name is no accident. It represents the sacred pause so many women have been denied: A place to rest without guilt, to soften without fear, and to reconnect without judgment. This is where you lay down the armor. Where we begin to unlearn what no longer serves—and reclaim clarity, emotional nourishment, and a deeper kind of strength. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, spiritual disconnection, or intergenerational patterns that taught you to stay small, this is your invitation:

exists for the women who have carried emotional weight their entire lives—quietly, consistently, and often invisibly.

Restorative Oasis

Before I was a therapist, I was in medicine—drawn to healing, but constantly pulled toward a deeper truth: The body speaks when the heart has been silenced.

I saw how unresolved trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, and chronic stress weren’t just mental—they were physical. They showed up in fatigue, illness, and emotional numbness. And I wanted to help women hear what their pain was trying to say. That calling led me into trauma work, and I spent nearly three years in community mental health, walking alongside underserved populations through complex pain. It taught me how to hold space for sorrow and still point toward hope. As a therapist—and as a Black woman—I understand what it means to wear the mask of composure while privately unraveling.
